Well if anyone isnt going to take this title and algamy status is unknown i'll take the title until he comes back if its ok with you all?

I believe the council will have to vote on this. I would petition them if this is your desire.

Master Akasha, I believe he is aware now from my reply and I don't believe he was taking the title, but mainly stating that he would like it if it was alright with everyone. I just told him to take a more direct approach and speak with the council one on one is all.

Akasha was simply stating a fact. THis is a council decision and she said to take no offense. So there is no need to take this any farther than that. I assure you that she was not being rude. We will make a decision on this and let you know.

I must concur with Master Hybrid on this. There is a level of respect that is shown to a Master based upon rank. If we sent a youngling or Padawan or even a Knight it may show that the Order is not committed to the operation and livelihood of such a Senate.

It is possible he didn't mean any disrespect, it's possible. Perhaps you should ask him about it before assuming he's being disrespectful.

If he meant no disrespect, that's fine. His choice of words implied disrespect not only for me, but for his own master.

well i dont think that a youngling or padawan being on the senate is a bad thing. cause come on i have had practice with the senate and diplomatic issues. my foster mom taught me things about how to do things in the senate and how to win my debate. the only time i didnt win was recently when a sith basically had control of the senate it seemed. but as for my opinion i dont think its a bad thing. if you have had actual training like in a debate team at school then why not? it might help the younger ones learn.

Kazar, it's a bad thing because you're still young. No matter who trained you previously, you haven't been trained by a Jedi. This is something that should no longer be up for debate because it has already been stated that the council will decide who they feel will make a good ambassador. Please, this is a dead subject, leave it in the capable hands of the Council. This is one of the many reasons they are here.
